Metallica has a new album coming out on September 12th, and they graced us with one new song Live at the Ozzfest. If anyone still cares...

For me the Real Metallica was the first 3 albums...Kill 'em All, Ride the Lightning & Master of Puppets (and even on M.O.P. you could smell the begining of the end) after that it wasn't real Metallica anymore... and Justice, the Black Album, load, reload, St. Anger, all (ok ALMOST all) Re-Heated lame unimaginative Crap. Let's hope their 9th album " Death Magnetic" (?) finally delivers.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Isaac Hayes, the baldheaded, baritone-voiced soul crooner who laid the groundwork for disco and whose "Theme From Shaft" won both Academy and Grammy awards, died Sunday afternoon after he collapsed near a treadmill, authorities said. He was 65.

Hayes was pronounced dead at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis an hour after he was found by a family member, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office said. The cause of death was not immediately known.

MILAN (Reuters) - Andrea Pininfarina, head of the company which designs Ferraris, Fiats and the Ford Focus, died in a road crash in the early hours of Thursday near the Italian city of Turin, riding his Vespa scooter.

Pininfarina, 51, was chairman and chief executive of the company founded in 1930. He was the grandson of founder Battista "Pinin" Farina and his death prompted speculation that the entrance of new investors will speed up, sending its shares sharply higher.

The driver of the car, 78-year-old Giuliano Salmi, was taken to hospital suffering from shock.

"I didn't see him, I was going slowly and I really didn't see him," Salmi said, according to local news agency Ansa.

Though there's only room in the Universe for one Ozzy Osbourne, this guy is pretty funny and good too !
